Warm weather is almost here, but I wanted to share this amazing video I found about growing up in Coeur d'Alene.  I really hope I grow to love it as much as these kids seem to. ....Only 3 more weeks til the big move!

Dog Parks in Sandpoint

Today I discovered a great site about all kinds of Dog Stuff in North Idaho. Dog parks, vets,  groomers, breeders, kennels, treat bakers, equipment, classes, agility, etc, etc, etc.  I personally was thrilled to find out where all the dog parks & off-leash areas are located. I cant wait to go exploring with my dog Chloe.  Sounds like we'll have a BUNCH of places and trails to go explore. Schweitzer Mountain SKI video

 I feed my desire to be in Idaho by scouring YouTube for all things Sandpoint.  I found this great ski video of Schweitzer Mountain. Had a blast up there last summer, Check out my Summer Schweitzer post. Cant wait to visit Schweitzer when its covered in snow.

Snowshoe Softball...I wanna play!!

Ok, Im still stuck in California and we're still months away from moving, but it feels so close, I now refer to it as "weeks".  In the meantime, I find more and more cool stuff to do when we get there.  Check this out, a snowshoe softball tournament in Priest River..... Yes!!

It's good to have Friends

I feel fortunate that we already have a few friends in place to ease our journey to Idaho.  My husband is a firefighter and several of his firefighter "brothers" have also discovered the beauty of the Sandpoint area and have made a moved there. Here's a pic of our friend's new home in Priest River, 35 mins west of Sandpoint.   Luckily they were able to move in just before their first white Christmas.
